Molly Douglas completed her Undergraduate Law Degree LLB (Hons) at Abertay University and her Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee. She is a Associate in our Family and Child Law Department working in a variety of areas including contact disputes and divorces. Molly regularly appears in courts and panels across Scotland.
Molly has experience of instructing both junior and senior counsel in the court of session in respect of international child law matters. Including applications under the Hague convention, cross border divorce and Adoptions and Permanence. She provides steadfast and compassionate support to clients during their most challenging times
Molly is regularly instructed to represent curators, as well as parents and children in family matters. Molly is a careful, considered and dedicated lawyer. Her attention to detail is widely praised by clients and counsel alike and she is particularly skilled at providing pragmatic and reassuring advice in a sensitive manner.
