Nicole is Head of the Family and Child Law Department. Nicole qualified in 2016 and her main area of practice is in Child Protection and Family Law. Nicole founded CSG Legal along with Euan Gosney and David Storrie.

Nicole has represented several clients in Permanence and Adoption Proceedings throughout Scotland. She is known for her empathy in representing clients involving complex issues. She appears regularly in Children’s Hearing Panels and Referral Proceedings representing both Children and their families.
With extensive knowledge on divorce, residence and contact orders she regularly represents clients in the Sheriff Court. Nicole has extended rights of audience allowing her to appear in the Court of Session and Supreme Court.
Having completed Trauma Informed training, In 2021 Nicole was appointed by the Scottish Government to be a Childs Right Practitioner. She volunteers at the Scottish Child Law Centre. Nicole sits on a number of Scottish Government Committees aimed at improving court experiences for children.

Nicole is a Child Welfare reporter and curator ad litem.
